Advice on a trade snag?

    I'm not fond of the old Gose that I picked up about a month ago, but I agree with most people in here that he should have known if he was actively seeking it like that. Good on you to send him some fresh when it's out! I love how crushingly sour it is right when it gets canned.

    I agree. Old gose isn't even close to how good it is when fresh. The flavors are so much more muted.
