Advices about Vegas for tourists ?

We go there every year. Depends on where they are staying and do they have a rental car. There is a Whole Foods south of Mandalay Bay and I heard that a Total Wine has also opened up in that vicinity also. My favorite shop is Khoury's in Henderson, but you need a rental car to go there.

 

There aren't a ton of good stores on or close to the heart of the strip. You can catch a cab or Uber to the Whole Foods (the one mentioned above), but it's a long walk.
If you don't feel like going all the way down there, the drug stores (Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc.) often have passable bottle selections. The one built into the Planet Hollywood building is usually where I grab a few items.

 

An update from our trip out there. Total Wine blows Whole Foods out of the water and they are spitting distance from each other. Khoury's still rocks!
