So, I had a box undergo "damage" today while on the truck for delivery. After speaking with FedEx and having them continue to deliver the package, rather than return to me, the box has drifted from about 30# down to 5# according to the tracking service on the website. It does still list the same dimensions however...

Anybody have experience with how accurate I can expect this drop in weight to be? Of if maybe this is their default listing?

I will give them a jingle tomorrow sometime, but wondering if anybody has some insight for the middle of the night - because I'm freaking out man.

    cheers

Chill out Harry. Freaking out won't help. I doubt they weighed it again unless it was going by air which it wasn't. Probably lost one bottle. Still sucks but you will be ok.
    Cheers!

The only thing I don't get is why they would change the weight at all. Weird shit mang... only time will tell I guess.

Do not call them. You got them to agree to still deliver it. Be happy you got that and move on.
