For anyone who is in or will be in the Louisville area in the next few days, I highly suggest stopping by Against the Grain (even more so than normal). They have their 70K, a barrel-aged imperial milk stout, on cask and it is freaking fantastic. I know Bo and Luke gets more hype, but I think 70K is the best stout they make and the cask treatment works wonders with it. Check it out if you can. Cheers!
I was just in Beerworks last night and had a 35k. Asked about 70k, they were supposed to get it but the distributor screwed up. The 35k was delicious.
I also had the 35K at Beerworks yesterday. I was pretty impressed with it. I didn't like the Bonfire of the Vanities though.
