Ageable DFH Brews

    90 is Good aged. I ignore the IPA is best fresh. Yes most are, but 90 is still excellent. currently have 75min (2 left) BB, Olde School, WWS Burton Baton. I always have 120 aging.

    I had 2011 sah tea on draft at maxs a few weeks ago. It was unreal. Maybe one of the best beers I've had. I wish I got more!

    Agree on the 90 min. Tastes like a nice barleywine.

    Pangaea cellars nicely. The 120 is great aged, but I like to cut it off around the 3 year mark. Once you go past that you really lose the hops and gain too much in the boozy realm. I have an '06 WWS still collecting dust. Not sure when I'm going to crack that bottle open!

    You are correct. The World Wide Stout my father in law picked up was not from this year. Actually there were 2 bottles from 2011 and two from 2010...

    I'm pretty sure there are probably some from that year still on the shelves in MD.
