Aged Beers at Haskell's Minnetonka

I was there today and noticed they have a number of beers from last year on the shelves. I asked how they were stored that whole time and was told they kept them with their wines at 50-55°. I've talked to their beer guy, Guy, before and he seems like an upright citizen, so I'm guessing he laid these down on purpose. Bottles I saw were: Belgian, chocolate, and oak Yetis; Snarling Badger; BRUX; and one New Holland Envious. I think there were others, but that's what I can remember. Anyway, do with it what you will.
