So I stopped by a beer store while traveling and found a bunch of outdated... everything, however I did see that they had some dust coated fall 2015 Palo Santo Marron pushed to the back of one shelf. My questions is, has anyone had any experience with aging this beer and or would it hold up well at room temp? I am interested as I have enjoyed it fresh on several occasions but I don't look forward to wasting $16 if it doesn't age well.

My post here may be helpful. These beers were aged in my cellar, which due to the grade level of my basement fluctuates probably up to 60F in mid-summer and 40F in mid-winter.

Thanks, that does help. I think I will skip on it at the current price.
