A distributor near me just found a stack of old cases. Rayon Vert and Saison Diego. They're dated between 2012 and 2013. These aren't really my styles so I was wondering if anyone had any experience aging these. They're like half price so it seems like a good value.

I had a ~9mo Rayon Vert from the first release. Much more Brett-forward, big gusher too. I'd pick up a pack but then I'm a sucker.

Just did a vertical tasting of Rayon Vert last week and they are all tasting amazing. Highly recommend you chill overnight and have a clean, wet glass availible to pour into to help keep the foam down. Open over a sink as some are gushers but others did not. The Brett has really developed nicely.

Saison Diego was very enjoyable fresh, can't speak for an aged bottle but I'd try one.

Where in PA? I would consider a case of 2012 Rayon. Down to 2-3 four packs. At half price that is a bargain.

    Enjoy
