    Hi....

I just happened to find a 750ml bottle of Rodenbach Grand Cru in the back of my fridge. Best as I can tell, the date on it is 2007.... Think it's still good? I've only had this fresh, and that was years ago....

    Thnx!

Was it all the time in the fridge or in the cellar? If kept properly in a cellar, this should be phenomenal. If kept in the fridge most of the time, its more trial and error, but chances are it is still very good.

I have a 3L from the 80s or 90s that I'll crack one day. I'll let you know if it kills me.

I love 1-2 year-old smaller bottles out of the cellar, so, I bet it will hold up fantastically well and tamp down nicely. Enjoy and nice, um, find. (Clean your fridge for goodness sake)

it's weird, though. at Kulminator, i had the single foeder bottle from 2007. it was absolutely stellar. so i wasn't sure if they kept some of their select releases unpasteurized? like Vin de Cereale? i'd assume it was not pasteurized.
