I picked up two singles, opened one, and the hops are a bit too "kick in the palate" for me at the moment, but it is still promising. So, I was wondering how these do with some age on them? It's at 9%abv.. I figured it could collect some more flavor (and dust  ) as it sits next to my two lonely Saturn's!

Thoughts of those who have aged this bad boy?

It's 7% ABV, but I'm sure it'll age great like other porters. People age Bell's Cherry Stout and it's 7%. I'm saving at least 2 for the cellar. Should at least be an interesting experiment.
