Aged Stone Old Guardian

    It ages quite well. Had a 2004 last week and it was fine.

    A caveat - the hop profile was changed in .....2007....or maybe 2008...? Can't recall for sure. I don't think it ages quite as well since that change. Still, fine with a few years on it.

    They change the hops and malts almost every year

    Hmmm ... I didn't like it fresh and had an '11 last year that ended up down the drain. Maybe I just don't like this beer.

    I just found these guys, 2009 and 2011, $9.50 each.
