Question here...I have a 1.5L corked 2018 Stone Brauery Fahrenheit Die Ziege Imperial Wheat, 11.5ABV l found in my basement while going through some wines l keep down there. Must've got it for Xmas I believe. Looks to be 4 yrs old. When should I drink it and how long can l continue to bottle age it? My basement is dark and is a pretty constant temp of about 60°'s F.

I don't have any experience with that specific beer, but I'd think it's ready for the drinking now.

Pop it open soon. Me and my buddy split a magnum of 2018 in August 2020. It wasn't amazing, but I can't really see time helping it much
