Just wondering peoples thoughts on aging this beer. I'm relatively new to the whole cellaring thing and haven't noticed if people cellar beers in cans or not. Thanks

You definitely could, but I'm not sure you'd really want to. The flavors are balanced as is, I can't see it getting any better.

    Why not ask John Kimmich?

My guess is that it will remain in good shape for a year or 2. The balance will change, away from hops to more malty and roasty but it will probably remain well balanced, just different.
