Aging Beer in Keg

    It's not rocket surgery, but it's more complicated (and more of a PITA) than putting a quick disconnect on a keg post.

    Are you wanting to drink this as soon as you get back in 2 months? Or are you wanting longer aging? That for me would be the deciding factor between aging it in the refrigerator or at room temp.

    Either way i would use the "set it and forget it" method.

    thanks for everyone's responses. I think I will set it and forget it at a slightly higher temperature for the kegerator - maybe 45F. I wont be drinking from there anyways!
