I just threw a can of NEBCO 668 Neighbor of the beast in my cellar and plan on aging it for a year or two as an experiment. At 9% I think it will hold up pretty well but does anyone have any experience with aging a Belgian strong pale ale or an American version? Curious as to what will happen to the hoppy citrus notes.

I have some old Tsjeeses and Tsjeeses reserva that were delightful. I think the 668 will hold up fine but whether you will like it better with age on it remains to be seen.
