Just curious to see how some people feel about aging canned beers such as Sixpoint 4Beans. Will the beer/alcohol deteriorate the can after a while? I've had it already fresh and its pretty damn good, i'd like to see how it would be with about a year on it though. Thanks!

Im saving a can of 4beans for around thanksgiving or Christmas morning this year. Had it fresh and loved it cant wait to see what happens. Other than that ive never aged canned beer, only beer ive aged actually was SN bigfoot and neshaminy creeks mudbank milk stout. its only 5 months but hope it holds up in the aluminum

I can only speak to my own experience, but I aged a couple cans of Cigar City Brewpub's Leon's Grandson. They aged beautifully in my opinion. The last one I had, at 2 years, was far superior to the fresh and one year aged versions I had. No problems whatsoever.

Modern cans don't have any issues. My only experience has been with Oscar Blues Ten Fidy which was great cellared.

Another vote that Ten Fidy cellars really well.
