Aging Cantillon Champions/CSG

    Anyone have any experience with how this particular Cantillon ages? Better, worse, etc.

    So improves IMO.

    i say improves. the dry hopping is great bit its softness of the lambic ages gracefully.

    That has not been my experience. It is a great beer aged but you lose the dry hopping which is the entire point of the beer. Might as well start aging your IPA's.

    Can't remember who it was but just the other day I know I read someone say it was awesome after 4+ years.
