Aging Delerium Noel

    Getting to that time of year where stores are deeper and deeper discounting this beer. It's a 10% Belgian Dark Strong Ale; sounds cellerable on its face, but I'm curious if people here have more concrete experiences than my random guesswork.

    Most Belgian Xmas beers are essentially a quad with spices, so if you don't mind the spices dying off it's perfect for several years of storage.
