I believe it to be a newer beer (maybe 2015?) but has anyone aged Dragon's Milk Triple Mashed, and if so with what results?
I picked up several when it was released a couple of months ago and love it fresh, but with the flavor profile and high ABV I'm sure it would aged just fine. But I'm wondering if anyone has actually thought it improved with time?
    Thanks!

I don't have an answer for you but just wanted to chime in and say I'm laying down the latest vintage just to see what happens since it's 17%

I have a couple set aside, but for 17 percent it's pretty smooth. I will be surprised if it benefits much

I have 7 left and think I'll try to space them out regularly to reach to one year. I can then watch for any negative change. If not, I'll also keep one to try (blind) against a fresh one next year to really see if for me it's better fresh or with a year on it.

I still have one from last year, but I think the ABV is pretty significantly different. I believe last year's was a few percent lower. I plan on drinking it soon, perhaps at Dark Lord Day. I'll try to remember to post my thoughts of it here once I drink it, even if it's not an exact comparison to this year's release.

Please do that croush. I'd be interested in what you think, and a lot of folks looked at this post but no one seems to have any experience, so I think there would be interest in your thoughts.

I recently shared bottles of the first run of this beer and the most recent batch. Both were very enjoyable. The original really mellowed out and was the better of the two bottles. I think the year or two of age helped it but I don't think it could improve much by aging it any further.
