Anyone recommend aging El Cedro from Jester King. I know some beers with Brett age well, but wasn't sure about this one because saisons are not usually a beer I would age.

I have aged some and love it fresh and with time. The cedar and hoppy grapefruit notes never go away...f'n delish

I personally wouldn't dedicate space to that, but if you have it and are curious go for it.

I had a fresh one and personally favored it much more than another bottle I had with 5+ months on it. Seemed like the crispness fell off IMO.

Almost ask JK beers will go through interesting changes in the bottle over time. I say go for it.

Same here, have had it fresh and aged, both ways, it's delicious. Can't go wrong with either one.
