Bros, I am wondering if I can age heavy fruit-contained sours (e.g. Drekker BRAAAAAINS series).
I prefer drinking beer fresh, but it's sometimes hard when I get them from Tavour.
How long can they be stored after they are canned or bottled (1 month, 2 month, etc.)?

I can only share my experience with Imprint. I had a sour ale called "Taste the Reinbro". Of the two cans I had, one was opened day one after canning and the second can was stored away for 5 months in the refrigerator before consumption. My notes indicate there was no "falling off" or taste/color differences between the two cans.

On a side note, one of the beertenders at Imprint has actually claimed to have kept their Schmoojees crowlers stored refrigerator for 6 month periods. The outcome was similar to their day one experience.

    Hope this helps.

Definitely keep them stored in the fridge (cold) as they have been known to explode over time if they get too warm and you are in FL.

Ya unless you have a faulty can they should last plenty of time. Even those bottled smoothie things they sell have expiration dates at least 3 or 4 months out and they are just in plastic twist.top bottles. I have to believe a functioning can is much better than that at excluding the oxygen that would mess with the fruit flavor or color
