Or should I just drink it fresh? Buying a few tonight and going to drink at least one very soon, torn on whether to age the others...

I only was able to get 1 and I always try something fresh before aging any. I wasn't overly pleased with it fresh and could see how it would develop as it ages. If you get multiple I'd drink one in the next few months and, unless you absolutely love it fresh, wait until the best after date.

I believe like all deschutes specialty beers it has an enjoy after date on it hard to argue with the people that make it, that being said I had it fresh and have 2 that will sit for a year minimum

If this is anything like Jubel 2010... dont waste your time/effort aging it.

I would take the advice on the label, age until the"best after " date. I had the Black Butte XXV fresh and after the best after date and it was so much better aged, almost as if it were as good as it was on tap.

Picked one up and asked a couple of people whether I should age it. Unanimous decision went to aging it for a year at lest. The ones who had had it fresh said it was "decent but too boozy".

Why do you say that? I had jubel 2010 on tap a couple of months ago and its one of the best beers I've ever had. So damn silky smooth! And it was only 4 bucks for a 12oz pour. Ridiculous!

As someone who had a 2010 Jubel at less than 1 year(fantastic) then again in June of 2013 (huge letdown). From that experience I personally won't age a 2015 very long.
