I was just able to pick up a few bottles of both Hardywood GBS and Williamsburg Alewerks Cafe Royale today and was wondering if it is a good idea to age these types of beer. If not, how long would they stay good if kept in a refrigerator. Anyone have any experiences with cellared or older refrigerated milk stouts?

I've cellared Moloko before. Some of them were aged around 6-7 months. After a couple of months in the frig, that airy, frothy mouthfeel seems to go away. I thought it was still a very good beer and it's still thick at that point, but the point is that it didn't improve.
