Aging Nasferatu

    This just hit here recently and I'm curious as to how well it does in the cellar - anyone have any experience with aging this brew and if so what were your results ,

    Aged one a couple years ago as an experiment and the results were not good. Muted hoppiness (duh) and the malt backbone did not hold up well. Tasted...old. Would not recommend.

    I've had a few aged for a short while and didn't Really enjoy them either. I have one from like 3 or 4 years ago that i had forgot about for awhile and decided to just let it go for a long time. Probably go to open it this fall/winter- will report back when i do.
