Thought I would try aging a few beers. Bought Allagash Curieux, Lost Abbey Judgement Day, and Stone IRS. Are these good beers to age and what temperature should they be left at to age?

I have never aged those first two, personally, but they look the be good candidates for cellaring, and I know Stone IRS is a perennial favorite for cellaring. Ideal cellar temperature is generally considered to be around 55°F, so it's probably a good idea to shoot for that.

Another question. I just looked at the Lost Abbey and there is sticky stuff between the cork and the top of the bottle. I haven't opened it, but has it gone bad?

    I'll second the Stone IRS.

Maybe check to see if that bottle is leaking...put it on its side for a bit. I had a Gulden Draak that leaked on the way home from the store (turns out it was a 2009 bottle), and it was a little funny in the first couple pours, but otherwise good. Not necessarily a problem.
