Apologies if this has been asked, but wondering if Left Hand Nitro Stout can be kept for a while?

Since it's in a sealed container with nitrogen instead of O2, wouldn't oxidation/aging be at a standstill anyways?

Unfortunately I can't answer your question, but I can't imagine Nitro Milk Stout maturing or getting any better with age.

It's cheap, try one after a few months and see what happens!

    Thanks, I prob will.
Again, lack of Oxygen would mean the flavors shouldn't mature, blend or develop over time in a positive fashion....
but on the flipside..I'm willing to bet that it won't go as stale over time as well, in that I can bury it in a corner, drink in a few years..and it should (crossing fingers) taste the same..

Brewers bottle their "normal" beers with CO2 - not "oxygen" -as carbonation and (hopefully) to evacuate oxygen from the empty bottle before filling. The point of a modern bottling unit is to prevent as much oxygen in the bottled beer as possible during the process. Left Hand's "nitro" bottled stout would probably contain as much unwanted oxygen as found on the normal bottling line - better than some, worse than others.
