Aging Oak Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout

Well, it's a stout, and it's got a very high ABV, so it will cellar well. I don't think anyone on this site would tell you different. What is probably up for debate, is whether you should sit on something with added flavors, in your case, vanilla. Vanilla, coffee, chocolate, fruits, etc. will fade over time. I have found (in my limited experience) that coffee fades a little quicker than the others I mentioned. Pick up another bottle, drink it "fresh," take some notes, and sit on the other one for awhile.
