I was lucky enough to get quite a few bottles of Bible Belt and was wondering what people's thoughts were as to aging it. I have had a couple bottles fresh and really enjoyed them, but was curious if a chili-stout such as this would get better with some age on it or if I should just to try to drink them sooner than later. I am obviously going to age a couple just for curiosity's sake, but was wondering if I should age the majority of the bottles I have, or rather try to enjoy them fresh. Appreciate any input.

I wouldn't recommend aging it. All the flavoring (coffee, vanilla, chilies and cacao nibs) will fade with time. Like Bomb!, this is one to drink fresh.

Word has it ET's Even More Jesus doesn't age well. More reason to drink fresh.

It's pretty great fresh, I concur...but I too have a bunch of it, so going to put a few away just to see what happens. Hey, why not...
