    I just discovered the following:
    Hill Farmstead
    Dorothy Bottled 8-10-16
    Brother Soigne Bottled 8-18-16
    Anna Bottled 2-25-16
Question is has anybody had experience with these?
    Thanks in Advance

I've read that Hill Farmstead beers do just fine with 6 to 12 months on them.

i, too, have heard from a source i respect that most hill farmstead saisons get exponentially better with a bit of age.

The adjuncts (Dorothy: dry hop, Anna: honey and Brother Soigne: hibiscus and blood orange) will fall off with age and the yeast/brett profile will become more prominent. You'll get a different experience, but you definitely won't get a bad beer.
