Is this a good beer to age? Wondering if it will change at all with time

I just picked up one myself, and it's been sitting in my 45°F fridge. Its high ABV should make for a good aged beer. Just keep it away from sunlight and dramatic temperature changes. Cheers.

Golden Monkey holds up over time, although for my personal tastes I prefer it fresh. The alcohol twinge mellows out and the beer itself becomes quite malty (more than it already is). I'd imagine White Monkey will still hold, perhaps even mellow out the overt oak and chardonnay character? I'll be stashing a bottle away to experiment.
