I didn't read the article because I didn't want to sign up for a free subscription, so I may be repeating the article's conclusion. Depending on what logic the AI program uses, and depending on the freshness of the ingredients, and depending on the skill of the brewer, etc. the odds are probably about the same as creating any other beer that comes from a recipe that was designed by someone who knows what he's doing. The odds of creating a great beer are pretty slim for man or computer.
I hate AI that spams all my FB and Instagram feed so I’m fairly biased against it. Will keep my opinion on its influence on beer to myself until I try it.
