AIPA or NZIPA wave a'coming

    Aussie here, first post. Most craft IPAs and pale ales here follow US guidelines, so I don’t know about making yet another IPA sub style haha.

    I do like NZ hops, though for Aussie hops, galaxy is by far my fave. 95% of the hops I use start with C and come from the US haha
