Worth reiterating here that Pitch Lined Pilsner is just Notch Pils. They've had it wrong for weeks.

 

A couple of FYIs if you haven't been to Alamo yet - You can purchase beers at the bar in the lobby before you enter your show or you can order once you are seated with your server. They do use real glassware. A server will come through the theater with a card announcing last call about 45 min before the end of the movie.

Also, it took me awhile to figure out that they don't take your ticket until you are seated in the theater. Just go to the theater listed on your ticket up to 30 minutes before the movie starts and a server will eventually come around to scan your ticket. I like getting there early to enjoy the signature Alamo pre-show!

For now there’s no Pitch Lined Pils…

 

I was at Alamo last night and can confirm that the printed menu and the board behind the bar still both incorrectly read "Notch Pitch Lined Pilsner" :-(

 

My gut is like most beer bars, most of the folks working don’t really care about our hyper focus.

 

When I saw pitch lined pils was on tap (on untappd) there I almost went one time while walking by, but then did a little research and it became clear there was a 0% chance they had it.
