Alchemist canning day

    This is my last Heady post...Maybe. Wifey & I are planning a day trip to Waterbury next Saturday. Although I hate to miss a Saturday of watching the U.S. Open, I hope to more than make up for it by drinking a few fresh HT while watching the final round on Sunday. My question is, do they bottle on Saturdays and/or is there a retail shop that would have some on the shelf on Saturday morning? The first person to answer me NICELY will get a fresh thank you in the mail within a week.

    They don't can on Saturdays. If you are at the cannery when they first open. 11:00am you should be able to get some HT. the have been running out on Sundays.

    They may still have 4pks left on Saturday, and since its the week after the waitsfield farmers market with lawsons, there shouldn't be as much beer geek traffic. I would check Stowe Beverage and Hunger Mountain COOP in Montpelier if they're out at the cannery.

    Are many of these locations now easily doable on a Saturday, or does it require running all over creation trying to track down who has it? On my last trip a few months ago you couldn't even find any on a Friday afternoon, so just curious.

    You can also try Winooski Bev if you feel like driving towards Burlington. Make sure you visit Prohibition Pig in Waterbury.

    Bm me. I live in Montpelier and don't mind grab in a case on Thurs if you wanna swing through on the way. I basically live behind three penny taproom so you can kill two birds
