    I'm not seeing the gov'ment warning. Don't think a lot of places will fill it without that warning.

    That's dependent on individual state regulations, not the Federal ones (below). Many states don't require the warning or even any other type labeling on a growler.

    Been using my hydro flask for about 6 months now and have had no issues in Ohio.
