alcohol burn and taste?

If you can make a high abv beer that tastes like heaven with zero alcohol detection, you've done your job. I think we are just accepting alcohol presence as to not bash the beer.

 

I like a booze note. Sometimes I feel like it contributes a sort of fruity note. I can't recall if I've had booze burn in a beer, but I like booze burn in, say, cognac or scotch. So bring it on.
