Alder smoked malt?

    Anyone know of any homebrew supply house that carries this? I guess I could try to smoke my own but it would be a one time brew and do not want to learn an entire process for a single batch/adventure...

    There used to be one Shop that did this, but no longer doing it.

    Learn to smoke your own. You can buy alder pellets, and cold smoking is easy.
