    Already gave my extra to @distantmantra. Actually, since I used @distantmantra as my excuse to ask Paul for the glass(es) in the first place, he kinda gave his extra to me.

    And last I heard, there really isn't even an available wait list for the Ale Club.

    Or if you find yourself in Bend, somehow manage to get one from Crows Feet Commons and/or Broken Top Bottle Shop. They both have some hanging out behind the counter, but not for sale.
