That sounds awesome! We need something like this in the burgh! And if we do, I really need to get out more *looks at his pale skin*

Just added this as a stop on my wife and I's trip out west in September. Amazing. Could blend different Speedway Variants!

Man. Have I ever mentioned how much I love AleSmith? Still haven't been to the new location, but lucky for me it's not too far of a drive :grinning:. Cheers!

That's pretty cool. In that market you really have to stay competitive.

This will be an awesome addition to their already awesome new brewery and tasting room. AleSmith is a class act...excited for experiencing this when I'm back out in SD!

So i see the password they posted on social media 3 days ago. Is this the password for today also? How about Saturday? I guess what im asking is, where and how do you find the passwords as they change? Is it always on instagram or FB? How often do they change it? @SDReaper maybe you would know?

So the frequency at which they change the password is random so far. I haven't been able to nail down the proper duration a password is good for. They usually will change it saturday/sunday/monday/thursday/friday. The last password is good so long as it hasn't been changed.

    Location of the password:
It will be posted on FB, Instagram (best location), twitter, as well as in a small picture frame behind the counter in the gift shop, where you would get your tickets anyways to walk in, for those that don't have or use social media.

Hope that helps. I highly recommend a visit. I also recommend blending and having fun, although I don't really do the former since the 2015 BASS has turned itself into a bourbon soaked bitter dark chocolate ball and I don't want anything to interfere with that flavor....unless it is an adobada taco or burrito. Then it is ok.

So can you hit up this room during the hours of normal tasting room or is there a different open/close time for the Anvil and Stave? How big of a group can be in the room at one time? Will be in SD tomorrow thinking of stopping by.

Hours are the same. Room is quite small. There's seating for 2 at the bar, then seating for another 6-8. Standing room for a couple more. I think 12 people would be uncomfortable in there. Very small.

I have gone two times both times both times I had purchased something in the gift shop and they asked me if I wanted two tickets no wait. Both times there might have been 6 people. Both times the people were cool and offered to share a table or space on the couch. The beers on tap were solid and they had a few different bottles for sale. Well worth it in my opinion.
