    I bought all my bottles of Hawaiian and BASS at 11:38. I initially maxed out, then deleted 1 Hawaiian and 3 BASS right before checkout...it actually re-routed me back through the system and I officially purchased at 11:40. Same thing happened with Kiwi Herman...I had a friend buy bottles at 6:30pm that evening, after all the charge backs for people buying over limit and such.

    Well, 90 people at Kern will simply show up on Thursday and buy out those on site bottles. So there's that.

    It also sounded like Perennial would allow others to pick up your order of Abraxas if you had a photocopy of their drivers license or something like that.

    Semi related -- for those that have done the gran prix... which one was your wave so far -- for me I'm stuck between Butterfinger and Maple Blueberry (which was a real surprise). Not a big coffee guy so my opinion is a bit skewed.

    I thought Hammerhead, Butterfingers and Hazlenut were really good. Triple Hammerhead blended with BASS was amazing.

    Do what the dodgers did for playoffs. Everyone logs in, gets sent to a "lobby" then randomly selected as people make their way through. I was pissed I got crappy tickets but it was better than f5ing for a half hour...

    I bought concert tickets through AXS earlier this year and they used this system. I liked not being rushed and if/when you got in you had a nice little window to make your purchase. It takes a lot of the stress away.

    It mostly did, but there were a few remainders hanging around.

    Mostly, people were just panicking because of the BPT overload, and many appeared to give up too soon.

    I've noticed that some people are now trying to game the system by buying bottles even though they've already got their share, just so they can hold it in their car to time who gets the release. Criminy!

    - Coconut Vanilla Speedway Stout
    - Filipino Coffee Speedway Stout
    - Vanilla Jamaican Blue Mountain Speedway Stout
    - Jamaican Blue Mountain Speedway Stout (NITRO)
    and at least BASS also on today for the release party.

    I was told that they would put on various speedways from the grand prix over the next few days to finish them off, so if you missed tickets or couldn't get there you got a second shot.

    I'll be there at opening (shocker) and hanging out for a bit before the rest of the day's festivities.
