    At the beginning of the year there was a money drive to help Alesmith fund the Tony Gwynn museum. One of the options was to donate 100 bucks and you get a priority code for a year. They opened it back up a couple months after that for $125, and sold a couple more.

    No clue if they'll do it again next year.

    If anybody was hesitant on going to Alesmith on sunday the 6th....you should probably just go. Do it. You won't regret it. Do it. Peer pressure, everybody else is doing it. You want to be cool right? Yeah.

    Cellar sale (no idea what they have actually for sale) and BA Bonanza. The list is obscene, and yes it is what untappd blew up with along with a few others they are waiting on.

    Can confirm that 2016 BAVSS is nothing short of incredible.

    I was honestly shocked at the low attendance yesterday at their BA beer bonanza. Sitting there for hours upon hours drinking pappy speedway (which I wasn't as impressed with, still a very tasty beer I would just prefer a regular BASS to it), velvet echo, bass '14, bavss '16. Only real line was at opening and most of those ppl went in to the cellar sale. I went directly to Anvil&Stave and waited maybe 5 minutes as the ladies were getting everything together. A&S had maybe a 10 person line at the beginning but after that, grab a ticket from the merch area, walk on in, and get your beers. No hassles.

    I would imagine they are ramping it a bit, but I doubt it is because of the proxy thing. Got to remember that there are probably some out-of-staters as well as our friends to the north that likely paid for that early access. Having proxies allowed for all bottles and then all of a sudden not would have a lot of negative backlash to those with that pre-purchase code.
