Any idea on when this release will be? I'm thinking late 2015?

JBM and Vietnam Speedway absolutely blew away Beer Geek. .394 was fucking awesome too. Plus Kira was there. Not a bad day.

I thought Vietnamese SW, Double Hammerhead, and Creamsicle all blew away Beer Geek. JBM was good, too, but having it after DH and the Vietnamese versions, it was a distant third (fourth if you count Creamsicle, which I thought was the tastiest thing I had all day, although in hindsight, I don't think I could drink an entire 750mL of it). Also had the cask version of BA Speedway and the regular version of BA Speedway and liked the regular better.

I'll agree with.swolepeer, .394 was awesome--a revelation really! After all those SW variants, I was convinced it was the best pale ale I'd ever had. Beautiful juicy fruit nose and flavor--really, really delicious.

Side note, I bought a six-pack of .394 while I was there, had a bottle yesterday, and found it tastes a little skunky. During the release event, I went onto the back lot to grab some grub, and a guy back there introduced himself as "the owner" (of AleSmith, I guess) and suggested I keep the six-pack out of the sunlight to keep it from getting skunky. Now I was probably only out there 10 minutes and tried to keep it in the shade the whole time, but alas, it tastes a little skunky anyway. So question: Did it get skunky in only 10 minutes of direct and indirect sunlight (while still in a 6pk holder) or was it already skunky somehow and this dude knew it ahead of time?

    In clear glass, certainly.
