I thought Rackhouse Reserve was a little hot, probably wouldn't hurt to sit on that one for a bit.

I'm really curious about this brewery so I have to drink it now and if I like it enough to cellar I'll go back and get more. They're saying this beer is a result of the owners prowling around the rickhouse cherry picking honey barrels so it should represent the best of the best this brewery has to offer. Being in CA it's the only Alesong beer available to me off the shelf so I have to drink the first one fresh.

I went to the Seattle bottle release the other night and got to meet the Alesong crew. Fantastic guys and delicious beers. The chocolate pairings with this latest release were pure magic. Very well done.

I agree that Rackhouse Reserve was a little hot, but Four Pirates was even moreso. Definitely sitting on my bottle for a year, and recommend anyone else with one do the same.

Rackhouse was pretty good. Definitely not hot at all, didn't expect it to be at only 11.4% abv. Reminds me of a lighter version of Deschutes Collage 2.
