All time favorite 'shelf' APA?

    And I noticed that I've not rated an APA above 4.25. If I'm at least rating relative to other APA's I would think I've tasted enough of this style to rate one higher. Maybe I found my style bias?

    Knee Deep Citra is really, really good. NG Moon Man is none too shabby either. Psuedo Sue, when it's in a bomber, is pretty good too.

    Verbatim but with with SNPA. I feel like I need to give Grunion a shot though, I've been eyeing it lately.

    I would also agree with Troegs APA, I'm a substantial fanboy for that brewery and haven't had anything from them I didn't like.

    Yes, very different. Preferred the balance of malt to hops in the original, and can remember drinking it since the late 90's roughly. It is retired now, sadly.

    Since I'm now a Chicagoan now, Spiteful Alley Time, Brickstone APA, or Fist City. I never got the Daisy Cutter hype.
