Of those I've had, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is the one I go back to most frequently. Sweetwater 420 and Starr Hill Grateful are also good (which reminds me, I haven't had either of those two in quite a while. Maybe I should change that when my first paycheck from the new job comes in...)

As afar as shelf APAs go it is hard to bet Serria Nevada Pale Ale. Yes, there are better pales out there, but when in comes to price and availability SNPA is very hard to beat.

Agreed, but crazy expensive on a per oz. basis

Red Chair, Mirror Pond, pseudoSue (which is now around more than Red Chair, actually!) ... I'm happy with any of them in my fridge.

Rarely hardly ever drink APAs. IMO they're the vanilla of craft beer.

APA, has always been hit or miss for me with a lot more misses. Normally I find them to be too bitter(& I like IPA/IIPAs) or some other off putting taste beyond one or two. Recently enjoyed these, though reviews not posted, yet.

Space Station Middle Finger (So glad it was a Wow, with that name, it better be!)
    >>>as far as the OPs question probably Sierra Nevada for all time "shelf" king, price & availability.
