Nice lineup, always wanted to try Pick Your Own, but never got to. To bad I'm going to be in TX during this event.

 

Does anyone know why they haven’t made Coolship cerise is years? That was always my favorite variant.

 

I highly recommend seeking one out. Its my favorite beer from them

 

The staff said that the cherry harvest over the past few years wasn't as good as they had hoped but it will be back soon

Yeah that’s excessive...anyone that went, did anyone miss out on beers showing up at normal times?

 

I don't know about normal times, but a friend of mine showed up around 7:30am. Was 75th in line. I think Coolship Balaton was the only bottle he missed out on.

 

Balaton was out within the first 30 people, it was rumored to only be 24 bottles. Whuich makes their decision to let numbers 15-30 in all at once a bit crazy. We saw a couple tickets 17 & 18 not get Balaton as the later numbers had grabbedthe last botttles. A bit stronger organization may prevented that, ie letting number 1-24 in first in 1 or 2 rounds.

 

Same with me. 7:40 arrival. I was #105 and the invisible orange and ganache were both down to a couple bottles. Fun time

 

Overall, extremely well organized. This, however, did seem a bit unfair...

 

Overall, yet another amazing event, this was the only slight off note. But they take care of people here and it is nice to see.

 

Can anyone give me the schtick on prior Lil Sal releases? What time do you suggest getting there? Is it a shit show? Do they release it only once per year? Etc. I think I recall it being available well into early the following week but I want to take no chances. Thanks!
