    Allagash Coolship Cerise Returns Today

Cerise, one of 4 beers in Allagash’s Coolship Series, went on sale today at their brewery retail store today. This highly rated lambic is aged with Maine-grown cherries in oak and released spontaneously.

    Style: Lambic
    Availability: 375 mL bottles

    8.1% ABV

(Also, in related items I'm looking to trade someone for a bottle of Red, Resurgam, Single Barrel One and/or Cerise  )

Single Barrel One is not out (and it's still unclear that it will be released)

Grabbed 2 bottles yesterday, quite possibly the best sour I've ever had, so balanced, tastes like tart cherry cobbler.

Shared one Sat. night - beautiful fruit, but the somewhat fecal nose is something to wonder at! Like cheeses, these beers often do not taste like they smell, thankfully!
