    according to Allagash they ended Saturday with 60 ghoulship left. That may not last long on Monday.

    Bummer that this release is not on a Saturday... Anyone know of any places in Boston that see distribution of these limited releases?

    FWIW, I just did a side-by-side with fresh Nancy and 2-3 year old Old HLT. Both Allagash "wild" ales made with cherries. Nancy was very good, but I was very impressed by the Old HLT and the subtle brett character that had developed over the last two years, making it the clear winner. I don't remember Old HLT having this much depth and complexity when it was new, or even as much as Nancy does now. The cherry flavor in Old HLT was also more pronounced, IMHO, even with 2.5 years more age on it than Nancy.
    Anyway, I agree with the "drink one fresh and then age the other" advice.

    Martignetti Liquors in Brighton had several bottles of Nancy on the shelf, if anybody's interested. $16.49 I think it was.

    Allagash tweeted that Farm to Face "will ship in limited quantities to our distro" after it goes on sale at the brewery. Hopefully there's as much coming as Nancy, but I would be surprised.

    Just grabbed a bottle for 14.99 at Volante Farms in Needham, MA. Few more bottles on the shelf if anyone in metro west is looking...
