Allagash Odyssey

    Found a bottle of Allagash Odyssey in a bottle shop. Bottle date is 2011. My question is, having sat on a store shelf and not properly cellared for 2ish years, is it worth buying? Never had this beer before, but wanted to, so I won't know if it doesn't taste right.

    Its fine. Unless it was 80 degrees in that store it will be worth the buy.

    That the February 2011? Mine was great last month but I cellared it personally.

    Tough to tell without knowing how it was stored. I have a couple 2011 in the basement and drank one a few months back and it was still damn good although I think I prefer it a little fresher personally.
