Has anyone had any personal experience aging this long term? I've never let a bottle go more than 6 months. Just curious if it holds up as well as 3F and Cantillon? Thanks for the help!

I recently had a bottle from 2011 which was very delicious. definitely a lot more funky and a little less "sharp" around the edges. I preferred it to a fresh bottles. I have two bottles from 2011 left and hope to let them go a bit longer.

I called Allagash, spoke to someone, and asked what their take was on aging this beer. Obviously taken with a grain of salt, because I have no idea how reliable the person on the other end was, but the reply was that this beer is pre-aged so it is good now, but can probably be aged another 5 years at least. The girl at Allagash did suggest that this probably would hold up for the 10+ years that some gueuzes manage
